Season 3 Plans Announcement

We are planning to start the season 3 with a new server(Jan 7) and Jun 4’s major balance adjustments along with Throne Conquest updates.

This season is planned to include a major balance adjustments.

There have been many suggestions regarding the balance, but it is not preferable for the balance to be changed frequently.
However, we also think it is not so good to not make required adjustments.
So, we think it is preferable to do balance adjustments altogether when the season gets changed.

If you leave suggestions regarding the balance, be they minor or major, in the forum or via in-game inquiry, we’ll discuss the suggestions and do our best to apply them to the game.
Among the suggestions, those that are easy to be applied and urgent can be immediately applied and those that are not urgent but can make the game more fun can be applied in the next season, so please give us many suggestions.

Firstly, many changes in the champion’s attributes will be made in the season 3.

Most of all, we think it is needed to decrease the effciency of the Politics of the mansion manager champions.
Politics, so far, have been able to greatly affect the yield but it will be less effective in the next season.

Furthermore, we’ll adjust the efficiency of the attributes used in the buildings so as to increase the efficiency of the other attributes. We’ll fix the abnormal balance of resource yield by adjusting buff values of legacies and talents and by editing the formula of buff calculation.
At the same time, the resource yield +% and attack +% will be greatly bettered.
Even after the balance adjustments, the sets of attribute-oriented legacies will be of the most efficiency but we think we need to avoid the situation where one option is significantly better than the other options. And these blaancen adjustments will be made in that point of view.

In terms of battles, we will decrease the efficiency of Control and increase the efficiency of the others.
Control will still be greatly affecting the entire branches but each branch will be affected by the other attributes more than now so as to specialized legions can be more powerful than now.

And the speed of champions, which was designed to increase significantly as the attributes went up and could bring fun in terms of growing champions, was, however, problematic in that fast champions could cover a vast range of area.
Moreover, this made the gap between the users who have those champions and those who don’t much bigger, and because of that attribute-oriented legacies became essential.
Attributes are already widely used and so they will no longer affect the speed.

The details about the modified balances are as follows.

The impact of Politics of mansion manager champions to the resource yield will be changed from 0.5% to 0.3%.
And the impact of Intellect and Charm to the resource yield will be doubled – from 0.1% to 0.2%.
And the impact of Dexterity, Strength, and Luck will be 15 times better – from 0.01% to 0.15%.

The drill time decrease and the resource yield of resource buildings will now be affected by all the attributes but the efficiency the attribute that has been mainly affecting them will be lowered proportionately to the amount of the attributes that newly affect them.
The impact of Intellect and Charm to the fame increase will be doubled.
And Luck and Politics of laboratory manager champions will be affecting the required time for studying.
Dexterity will be the primary attribute in Trade Post.
Control will be the primary attribute in Academy.
Strength will be the primary attribute in Storage.

The impact of Control to armies will be decreased from 0.05% to 0.03% and the impact of Strength, Intellect and Dexterity, etc. will be increased from 0.05% to 0.07%.
The impact of attributes to the speed will be thousandth of now.

Balance Adjustments for Talents and Legacies

Four Ideas of Shu : Decreased the resource yield from 25000 to 10000
Navy, Field Army, Mountain Army’s buff value will be changed from 100% to 200%
Attack Orders : Will be 1/4 of now. (Attack Orders for a specific branch will not be changed.)
Prestige Orders : Will be 1/4 of now. (Prestige Orders for a specific branch will not be changed.)
Management : The resource yield will be doubled.

How to Rob Tombs : The silver yield will be changed from 200% to 800%, and the food yield decrease will be changed from 150% to 500%.
Revised Almanac of the Heavens : The resource yield will be increased to 600%.
Teratise on Laws : The resource yield will be increased to 300%.

Management of Dali : The resource yield +70% will be changed to The food and iron yield +1000%.

League Balance Adjustments

The buildings and status of leagues proportionately affect the buffs. Therefore, as your buff is stronger, the better effect you’re getting from them. It is designed to give you more benefits in the late stage rather than the early stage.
It was designed to be rewards for those who donated and did quests regularly for making the league better, but many leagues had difficulty even while donating.

It is inevitable that hard-working people and those who don’t have a gap in between but we think there is big gap of difficulty in the hardcore users and normal users, and so hardcore users thought the normal users were not cooperative and it resulted in isolated leagues.
It is not preferable for an environment where hardcore users and normal users co-exist.

And so we decided that it is better to adjust the balance of competitive of leagues by lowering the efficiency of buffs that are the rewards of the legaue buildings.
As leagues have benefits like protection and trade cities even without the powerful buffs, the season 3 will be impoved so that players can focus on their own development without having a league.

The details about the modifications made for leagues are as follows.

All buildings and statues’ resource yield will be 1/10 of now.
All buildings and statues’ army attack damage will be 1/4 of now.
All buildings and statues’ main town yield will be 1/2 of now.
All buildings and statues’ speed will be 1/10 of now.

Other than that, the balance of Chicken statue which significantly increased the trade buff will be graetly modified.

Store Balance Adjustments

We’re planning to increase the value of those who were lowly valued, and the price of the items will be appropriately adjusted.

Food, Wood, Iron yield 100% increase will be changed from 15 Sycees to 5 Sycees and the effect from 100% to 200% (The silver one’s effect will be not changed from 100%.)
Attack Damage, Armor, and HP will be changed from 20 to 60 and the price will be doubled. (The package price will be modified too)
The champion XP will be changed to 300% and the price will be maintained.
Info from Scout will be changed to +3 and the price to 30 Sycees.

Change revival % from 50% to 100% that will make the game actually fun for wars fighting etc. Otherwise your game is just slowly dieing more and more quit bored out of their minds

When we max out all towns and cant pioneer anymore instead of abandoning old towns we should be able to just move or relocate old towns that are fully upgraded. Instead of having to start all over again with upgrades etc.
