Palace yield rss

hi, i just wondering is there any study or what should i do to increase yield production on Palace?
On my 1st palace shown that i got around 1000/h for all rss
But on my 2nd palace, i only have around 10/h.

Need advice from expert like @DragonLL or others. Thx.

More occupied space in your city, you get higher rss.
Especially villages in your city will help + rss.
