Main Quest bug (SPOILER ALERT)

This “Hiring Ye-ji” quest is bugged:

I even bought tickets (which was a waste now, since I did it for the quest) and rerolled to get 5 stars, but both the times I hired 5 star heroes the quest hasn’t been completed.

As evidence that I did hire 5 star champions, see the screenshot of my weekly quest I completed at the same time:

I heard that bug is fixed, but
Just now , I have hired 5* Guan Shi and Sima Wang, but still can’t complete the main quest of Ye-ji.
