Load under move action (BUG)

Hi,

When using the ‘move’ action, a bug occured at the load, I’ve been suspecting is the legion carriage +bonus.

Recently, it got worsen.(after update) (reduction in 30millions only can move the load)

Well, picture speaks a thousand words: As attached is the bug before the update.

Hi, dear Dev team have you found the root cause of the bug?
I have uploaded the latest picture for your reference.
I have to reduce the load till 103-millions only can ‘moved’, which is reduction of 33% from 154-millions.
Bug occured same to other carriage legion.
