Cities get rearranged according to their score. (Moved by up to 5 cities)
Empty cities may be added.
Some cities in areas that have too many empty cities may be removed.
Cities may move more than 5 cities if empty cities get removed.
Cities that have no occupied town are liable to removal.

Yellow Turbans
Added new Yellow Turban commanders that attack lords who have 15 or more than 15 Palaces, and they have round adding legacies and decreasing enemy attributes legacies.
Quests
Peddlers now sell equipment crates.
There are new quests that sell champions.
The champion list will be updated once a month, at the fourth earthquake every month.
You can buy those champions with champion tokens and you can acquire them from Yellow Turban Camps with low chance.
You can also buy the champions with Sycees, but you can only buy each champion up to once with Sycees while you can do so up to three times with the tokens.
