- Some cities in areas that have too many empty cities may be removed.
- Cities may move more than 5 cities if empty cities get removed.
- Cities that have no occupied town are liable to removal.

Description
- Bandit Camps sometimes drop a Halloween candy when destroyed.
- A Halloween candy gives you special resources, Repute, or from time to time random buff items.
- When the Halloween events get ended, there will be quests which will allow you to exchange the candies for 5–8 star champions.
- These quests will be available for a limited time frame after the events get ended.
