Empty kingdoms may be added.
Some kingdoms in areas that have too many empty kingdoms may be removed.
Kingdoms may move more than 5 kingdoms if empty kingdoms get removed.
Kingdoms that have no occupied dominion are liable to removal.

Fixed the bug that the unit type of unit training quests did not match.
Including the skill of Cronus, fixed some skills that were affecting the wrong building and that were wrongly functioning.

Balance Adjustments
Decreased the Capacity of Storage and Castle in the mid-early to mid level since it was too much. However, the initial Capacity and the final Capacity are not changed.
The loot-proof amount in the Main Castle is increased by 100%. As the Capacity of the early level of Storage is decreased, the actual amount may be decreased.
